Regenerative Immersions

Reconnecting people to place

Regenerative Team Immersions help teams and organisations reconnect with self, each other and place on the Mornington Peninsula.

Grounded in right relationship with people and place, each immersion is underpinned by acknowledgement that this work takes place on the unceded lands and waters of the Bunurong People of the South Eastern Kulin Nation.

These place-sourced experiences support teams to slow down, think systemically, reconnect with purpose, and explore how their work can contribute to long-term value for people, organisations and place.

Why this immersion?

Designed for business teams of up to 15 or school and learning groups of up to 30, this rich place-sourced experience connects groups with living systems and the greater whole.

The immersion supports participants to reconnect with self, others and place, think systemically, reconnect with purpose and explore ideas that contribute to long term value for people, organisations and place.

It creates space for deeper reflection, new perspectives on leadership and organisational challenges, systems-thinking capability, team alignment, and practical pathways forward.
